This checklist is what I brought on my 5 month backpacking trip across Asia, during which I travelled to 15 countries, completing Everest Base Camp in Nepal and several multi-day camping trips in Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikstan, China and more, all while living out of my backpack. This list includes absolutely everything I brought with me, and all the gear I required for various extreme conditions.
